    • Hourly Sales Incremental Report - View sales by hour.
    • Table Performance - View sales by table.

  • Table Search - Enter table number to search for check details.
Enhancements:
  • Home Page
    • Bar Chart - View Total Sales by Day.
    • Pie Chart - View KeyMetrics measurements.
  • Sales Reports
    • Comparison Reports - View addition of Total Service Charges, Labor Total and Labor % of Sales. Labor totals will display N/A if labor data is not available.
    • Adjustment Detail - View Authorizing Manager on check detail.
    • Discount Detail - View Authorizing Manager on check detail. 
  • Employee Scorecarding Reports
    • Tip Alert - Select tender/payments as a search parameter. Note: parameter not required. If nothing is selected, all will populate. 
    • Employee Scorecarding & Server Menu Item - Major and minor categories will only display in the drop down if categories have transactions associated.

    • Menu Item Sales – Major and minor categories will only display in the drop down if categories have transactions associated.

Hourly Incremental Sales - To view report, highlight Sales category on left navigation tool bar. Click on Hourly Incremental Sales.

Frequently Asked Questions:
  • Missing Data
      What happens if I receive the following message? There is no data available for the specified search criteria. Simply choose another date selection, and the report will repopulate. Exception: KeyMetrics Comparison reports will still run if there is only data loaded for one location. If data is not loaded, the numbers will come back with all zeroes.
  • KeyMetrics Report
    • How is my avg guest calculated? Avg guest equals sales minus discount divided by total guest.
    • How is my avg check calculated? Avg check equals sales minus discount divided by total check.
  • KeyMetrics Location Comparison Report
    • How is my variance calculated? The variance is calculated by comparing location #2 to location #1.
